As a former music teacher, I have plenty of experience adapting new initiatives to my content area. This multi-session series integrates feedback from administrators, staff, and students to identify your community's most pressing issues, create goals, design an improvement plan, and support effective implementation through regular and intentional guidance.

During this collaborative workshop, staff members will adapt their own lessons to form cross-curricular connections, address multiple learning styles, and create opportunities for interactive participation.

We know that interpersonal skills are crucial to career success, but teachers are often left to their own devices when it comes to teaching them. Your staff will learn strategies for teaching effectivee communication skills, Emotional Intelligence, and how to set and achieve attainable goals.
